Ecommerce Assistant
ABOUT THE ROLE
FRĒDA SALVADOR is seeking an analytical and creative Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about data driven creative insights, organized, and is customer obsessed. This role will support all ecommerce site updates, digital marketing campaigns, and lifecycle and loyalty marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Operations & Launches
- Own site product management aligned to the marketing calendar including new product setup, preorder management, site merchandising, and collection updates.
- Project manage all site launch activities, coordinating assets, creative, and campaign updates. across email, SMS, and site with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Warehouse teams.
Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing
- Own email and SMS channels end-to-end: brief, build, execute, analyze, and iterate.
- Build and optimize automated flows and trigger programs; design and run A/B tests across retention touch points.
- Create and manage win-back and at-risk customer campaigns.
- Support loyalty program execution and on-site review management.
Reporting & Insights
- Maintain performance dashboards for email, SMS, loyalty, and new/returning customer metrics.
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly recaps with clear KPI tracking and actionable. recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to scale the business and improve efficiency across owned channels.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
- 1+ years in digital brand strategy, e-commerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising, content/asset coordination, or agency client service.
Skills
- Ability to demonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnership.
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication and time management skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong project management skills.
- Must be detail oriented and a multitasker in equal measure.
- Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to define and deliver performance metrics and glean actionable creative insights from data.
Tools & Technology
- Savvy internet and ecommerce knowledge.
- Experience with Shopify+, Google Analytics, retention platforms like Attentive or Klaviyo, and Loyalty and Reviews programs like Yotpo preferred.
Background
- Experience in the fashion or luxury space is preferred, with an entrepreneurial spirit comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
