I couldn’t wait to get those shoes. When they arrived I immediately put them on. They are so comfortable and beautifully crafted. I was a bit concerned because they were a bit snug/narrow. I’m a true size 7.5. I saw the reviews and fit description (true to size). So we will see how these fit after being worn a bit. I have three other pair of Freda Salvador style shoes and boots and they broke in well after a few wears. These are my new favorites and I’m planning to buy a second pair in a different color once I break these in.

I hoped I wouldn’t like this shoe when it arrived because it’s more than I’ve ever spent on a pair of shoes. However, I loved the style and could envision it going with almost everything.

Well, I LOVE this shoe! I have difficulty finding flats because they tend to slip off my heel, but the way these are made totally makes that a non-issue. I also expected them to be slippery — nope! They are non-slip.

The only question I have is whether the fringe will curl over time, like I’ve seen fringe shoes do in the past — and yes, I’m talking 1970s!

Anyway, if you’re on the “fringe” about buying them, I’d say get them. You won’t be disappointed!
