Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

  • 100% Italian leather in bone calf. This tannery is a Leather Working Group Gold. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
  • 100% Spanish leather lined. This tannery is a Leather Working Group Approved Trader.
  • Padded leather footbed.
  • 1.5" EVA lug sole / 1" platform.
  • Fitting true to size.
  • Custom buckle on ankle strap for adjustability.

The DARYA is handmade at our family-owned factory in the traditional footwear town of Elda, Spain. Our leather is sourced from the finest tanneries across Italy. Each upper is cut, sewn and lasted by Spanish artisans who are experts in their craft.

    Buy this shoe!

    These are terrific shoes. They are so cute and they are very light. I thought the sole would be heavy, but it’s not at all. I get so many complements when i wear them. They were comfortable from the very first day. I also purchased a pair for my 30 year old daughter because she liked mine so much. I wear a size 7 but bought a size 6 1/2 because of the open toe. I did the same for my daughter, size 8 instead of her regular 8 1/2. They fit each of us great this way. I highly recommend this shoe.

    The BEST

    These are amazing! I brought them for a two-week trip to Italy and wore them almost every day. Zero issues. The leather is like butter, could not be more comfortable. I love them!

    The softest fisherman sandal ever

    UPS just dropped these off 15 minutes ago, and I'm already writing a review. I've never put something on right out of the box that was so comfortable. The leather is buttery soft. The lug sole is lightweight, and the padded footbed makes them a dream to wear. This was my birthday present. I'm seriously contemplating a second birthday present of this sandal in bone.

    If you've been considering getting this sandal, DO IT. They are amazing.

    Note: I'm usually a size 7.5 in every brand, but I'm a 7 in Freda, so these are "true to size" for Freda for me. This is my 4th pair of Fredas, and I've been a 7 across the board every time. Another thing I love about this brand is that once you find your size, it's consistent across seasons.

    These are the most comfortable shoes ever!! The leather is super soft and supple, no need to break in! I hope to buy another pair in a different color. I love the Sera Fishermans too. I now have 3 pairs of Fredas! I am HOOKED! Thank you for selling the most comfy shoes!!!
