Your must-have, often-sold-out fringe loafer. Handcrafted in El Salvador from super-soft suede, CELESTE features a low-profile silhouette, fringe finish, and lace-ring detailing. As comfortable as it is effortlessly cool.

Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

  • 100% Italian leather in coffee suede. This tannery is rated Leather Working Group Silver. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
  • Unlined.
  • Gold lace grommets.
  • Padded leather footbed.
  • Sueded leather sole. 
  • 0.25" heel.
  • In an effort to be less wasteful and keep your shoes looking good, we applied a thin film to the sole. Please remove and recycle prior to making these yours. If you plan to return, please ensure film is in tact.
  • Fits true to size.

This style is hand-sewn in our San Salvador, El Salvador, family factory. Our Co-Founder's grandfather started manufacturing shoes 67 years ago, and our hand-sewn Moccasins are produced in a factory that her father started in the 1980s. This factory is one of the last hand-sewn moccasin factories in the world—a true testament to artisanal craftsmanship and passing down this skill from generation to generation.

    Love these shoes

    These shoes are amazingly comfortable. I’m normally a size 8.5 and when they came, I struggled with getting them on. But once they were on, they fit like a glove and are my absolute favorite shoes to wear. No break in, uncomfortable period. Just pure joy for my feet.

    Gorgeous Loafer

    I absolutely love my Freda Salvador shoe collection. These loafers are beautiful. I read in the reviews that they ran small so I ordered up. However, for me, they do run true to size so I ended up with my true size 8.

    Couldn't be happier.
