Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

This style is hand-sewn in our San Salvador, El Salvador, family factory. Our Co-Founder's grandfather started manufacturing shoes 67 years ago, and our hand-sewn Moccasins are produced in a factory that her father started in the 1980s. This factory is one of the last hand-sewn moccasin factories in the world—a true testament to artisanal craftsmanship and passing down this skill from generation to generation.

    Perfection

    Love my fringe loafer. First try on felt tight, but then I read the size guide. I wore one time with socks to stretch, and perfection!

    I feel very cool in these

    These loafers have a fantastic, lived-in feel to them from the get go. I wore them a lot this summer, on all my travels, and they continue to look and feel great. The only complaint I have is that a few threads on the inside of the shoe like to tear up my skin a bit, so I always wear little bandages in those spots when wearing these shoes.

    Perfection

    Do not walk, run to get these. Absolute perfection . Amazingly soft suede, no break in time needed. I’m a true 8.5, but usually wear 9 in Freda loafers, however I had to size back down to my true size in these.

    So Comfortable and Cool!

    I absolutely love these loafers. I've been thinking about them for over a year and finally pulled the trigger and have no regrets! Just like the Sydney ruched loafers, the padded insole is beyond comfortable. These are definitely true to size, but will NOT feel that way when you first put them on. They will feel very tight, and you'll struggle to even get your foot in there (especially the heel). But once they stretch out and mold to your foot, you'll be glad that you did NOT size up. I'm a true size 7.5 in all of my Freda Salvador shoes and these are no different. I even went to the store to try on a size 8 to be sure and while easier to get on, I knew they would eventually be too big once they stretched out. Love these shoes so much and can't wait to wear them all fall!
