Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

  • 100% Italian leather in sesame suede. This tannery is rated Leather Working Group Silver. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
  • Unlined.
  • Lace grommets.
  • Padded leather footbed.
  • Sueded leather sole. 
  • 0.25" heel.

This style is hand-sewn in our San Salvador, El Salvador, family factory. Our Co-Founder's grandfather started manufacturing shoes 67 years ago, and our hand-sewn Moccasins are produced in a factory that her father started in the 1980s. This factory is one of the last hand-sewn moccasin factories in the world—a true testament to artisanal craftsmanship and passing down this skill from generation to generation.

    Love these!

    Managed to get the last one in my size at my local store! They look lovely, some break in period but possibly worth every penny! The suede is soft and supple. It was a toss up between this color and the black; glad I went with the sesame!

    Beautiful and comfortable

    these are such beautiful and comfortable shoes - I purchased during the restock in sesame suede. They are TTS and extra comfortable, the food bed is so soft, they essentially immediately mold to your feet. I’m looking forward to wearing these beauties!

    Beautiful and Comfy

    I have quite a few pairs of Freda shoes and these loafers join the others in comfort and style. I got the black pair and they're sooo beautiful and stylish. TTS and live up to the Freda hype.

    I had a feeling these would sell out so I bought them as soon as I could. I hope they restock soon for all you cuties that are wanting a pair. They are so very comfortable, stylish, and go with everything in your closet. TTS for me. I say grab them when you can!
