'Holding It All' With Grace Meditation w/ Elizabeth Grullón

Please join Elizabeth Grullón on 10/11, at 11am PST for a guided meditation on Zoom.

This will be a mindfulness-based meditation with an emphasis on joy and compassion, two of the heart qualities in Tibetan Buddhism. There is a LOT going on right now in the collective. Rather than becoming overwhelmed, we can learn a few simple tools to help us care for ourselves and others more skillfully and move through these difficult times with grace.
