Our exotic printed leather is stamped calf leather and should be treated as such. To keep the leather clean, moisturized, durable and elastic, your shoes should be polished once a month. If excess dirt gets on your shoes, take a slightly damp soft cloth, paper towel, or clean makeup sponge and wipe gently. If the stain is tougher, try leather cleaner. Keep in mind, never use leather cleaner with acid or detergent as it will age the leather and shorten the lifespan of your shoes. Please test the cleaner on a small portion of your shoe to make sure there will be no discoloration. In general, it is also highly recommended to take your shoes to a cobbler to be professionally cleaned.
FRĒDA SALVADOR shoes are all handmade in Spain using the finest leathers. Because of this, each pair will have unique variations, we love this about our shoes and hope you do too. Depending on how often you wear your FRĒDAS, what kind of terrain you are walking on, and how hard you are on your shoes will factor into the longevity of your shoes.

The TASH is hand sewn in our family factory in San Salvador, El Salvador. Our Co-Founder's grandfather started producing shoes 67 years ago and our hand sewn Moccasins are produced in a factory that was started by her father in the 1980's. This factory is one of the last hand sewn moccasin factories in the world. A true testament to artisanal craftsmanship and passing down this skill generation to generation.

These shoes are gorgeous and the size ran true for me. Like many leather shoes, they are a little painful to break in (around the heel and due to that great cut-out on the sides), but I'm taking my time.SizingRated 0.0 on a scale of minus 2 to 2
- RRitaVerified Buyer9 months agoReviewingTASH D'ORSAY MOCCASINRated 5 out of 5 starsJust WOW!
I bought myself a splurge pair of shoes since I didn't like what I saw in stores. Just got these and they are BEAUTIFUL!! The craftsmanship and design details is impeccable and I'll probably have these last for many years. I wish I could buy more but the price points are a bit too steep for me. Please set up a shoe club so we can save 25% when buying more than one pair. I'll be on the lookout for sales. Please make a large tote to match my shoes! I'm now a fan for life!
- SSunnieVerified Buyer1 year agoReviewingTASH D'ORSAY MOCCASINRated 5 out of 5 starsGreat once sized appropriately
This is my first pair of freda shoes. I debated (and got great customer service help) between two sizes because with certain style of shoes the width of my feet can make them uncomfortable. I ultimately sized a half size up and after the first 2-3 uncomfortable wears they are now molded to my feet and perfect. The quality is as you would expect for the $ that you’re paying. Im looking forward to investing in more fredas in the future!

I had been looking to replace some old oxfords and wanted something that would last. As always, the quality of Freda shoes is unmatched! I LOVE the Quince croc too -- it's been so easy to style as a transitional fall color, but I'm certain I'll be reaching for these all year round. I wear a solid US 7.5 and purchased that size. Overall, these run TTS and pretty medium width. Don't be afraid of a little rubbing at the heel for the first two wears! I wore them with thin socks for a bit to help ease the leather and now they're perfect. WORTH. IT.
