Part moccasin, part Chelsea boot. Handsewn with shiny espresso spazzolato leather, the RENN takes the classic Americana style to new heights with our iconic notched welt and modern angled heel. Inherently dressed up, we love this style with denim-on-denim and plaid or a peacoat draped over cropped flared pants.
We handcraft our shoes from the highest quality leather to last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear. These shoes may feel snug at first but will loosen as they break in.
- 100% Italian leather in espresso spazzolato
- 0.75" slightly flared heel with leather sole
- Leather and rubber split chip heel cap for enhanced durability
- Exposed elastic and leather pull tab for easy entry
- Available in whole and half sizes 6-10
RENN is fitting true to size and accommodates a wider width and athletic calf. ELBA is the last used for this boot. Learn more about lasts here. Do you have a question or a comment? Please email hello@fredasalvador.com to reach our customer support team.
The RENN is hand sewn in our family factory in San Salvador, El Salvador. Our Co-Founder's grandfather started producing shoes 67 years ago and our hand sewn Moccasins are produced in a factory that was started by her father in the 1980's. This factory is one of the last hand sewn moccasin factories in the world. A true testament to artisanal craftsmanship and passing down this skill generation to generation.
This leather is a high shine, full-grain leather that achieves it's luster and depth of color after a great deal of brushing by hand and polishing wheels. It's a very durable leather and easy to maintain, but is still susceptible to marks as you begin to wear. To clean, wipe dirt or other spills off the leather with a damp cloth, then pat dry. Spazzolato requires only an occasional polish with a cloth or light leather conditioner. Please test the cleaner on a small portion of your shoe to ensure no discoloration before applying all over. We advise against using any cleaning products, as they will damage the leather. We recommend cleaning periodically or as needed to keep your FRĒDAs looking brand new.
