Elevate your fisherman life. Made by hand with our natural vegetable calf, the JULIETA reimagines the classic sandal with our iconic caged upper, padded footbed and cool block heel. Dress up denim or play with proportions in a mini dress—this style is up for every occasion.
Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.
- 100% Italian leather in natural vegetable calf. This tannery is rated Leather Working Group Gold. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
- 100% Spanish leather lined. This tannery is a Leather Working Group Approved Trader and leather contains no PFAs.
- Studded leather welt
- Leather sole with a rubber spay for enhanced durability
- 2.75" leather-stacked flared heel
This material may feel snug when you first put them on. This is normal as they begin to soften and form to your foot. Before you know it, they will become your everyday favorite.

Vegetable tanning is a traditional process where the cowhide is treated with plant-based tannins, so it develops a patina over time. This means shoes made in this very natural leather will develop a beautifully aged look. Keep in mind that the surface of the leather is not treated with chemicals or finishes so there may be minor variations to the leather that define their uniqueness.
To clean, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to remove dirt. You can apply neutral, non-lanolin wax to revive and restore leather. Do not use any leather soaps, cleaners, or conditioners with lanolin. When not in use, store your shoes in a box or dust bag. We recommend cleaning periodically or as needed to keep your FRĒDAs looking brand new.
The JULIETA is handmade at our family-owned factory in the traditional footwear town of Elda, Spain. Our leather is sourced from the finest tanneries across Italy. Each upper is cut, sewn and lasted by Spanish artisans who are experts in their craft.

Please bring this back next summer in more colors. Cannot get enough of the padded footbed and perfectly arched heel for walking. Somehow I got this on sale in my size but after how much I have worn it I would buy another at full price.

Unfortunately had to return this one. Style is adorable but toe box was too tight for me. I am usually an 8.5 and tried a 9 with no luck. I would say fits almost a full size smaller than the Sera.
