The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in the growth of Freda in both day to day execution and longer-term strategy.


Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Digital Marketing Associate will support Marketing and Ecommerce to accelerate growth through performance marketing and customer acquisition. This role is about curiosity, brand strategy and driving results. The right candidate is deeply analytical, passionate about digital advertising, detail oriented, and loves the FREDA brand and customer.


  • Responsible for management of Ecommerce flow across all channels
  • Detailed strategic channel analysis & planning
  • Manages & drives KPI’s across all digital channels
  • Project manager for all Advertising and digital assets
  • Partners with digital agency to drive growth and manage day to day
  • Main point of contact with outside digital partners
  • Drives cross channel campaigns, analysis, insight, goals and project management
  • Leads both short term and longer term initiatives, executes
  • Consistent curiosity and optimization of efforts across all channels
  • Passionate about the customer, using data to inform the team
  • Researches new products and opportunities across channels
  • Partner closely with creative team manage assets
  • Key role in driving new data driven initiatives with leadership team

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus on marketing, math, statistics, and/or economics preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in performance marketing (across channels in ecommerce)
  • Advanced working knowledge of platforms including Shopify, AdWords/YouTube.
  • Experience working with agencies a strong plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills — able to communicate with various stakeholders across different functions and levels
  • Deeply analytical, ability to extract insights from large datasets
  • Knowledge of digital advertising landscape and emerging trends
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: eagerness to take calculated risks with minimal direction
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
