How quickly can I expect my order to be processed?

In order to keep our team safe and adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are cutting back on daily order fulfillment. As a result, shipping delays may occur. Please reach out to our care team at info@fredasalvador.com for further updates on your order.

For orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m. we do our best ship all packages within 48 hours of receipt of the order (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders placed with 2nd-day shipping will be prioritized and sent out same day if the order is received before 2pm pst.

Please note, during promotional events processing times may increase due to demand. 

Please make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once package has been delivered to the correct location we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Orders

All Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Expected Pre-Order ship dates are to the best of our knowledge. Sometimes factory delays happen due to the handmade nature. We will notify you if we are experiencing delays.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible, Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m-5:00 p.m. Pacific time or email us at info@fredasalvador.com.

What’s the status of my order?

To adhere to social distancing recommendations, we are cutting back on daily order fulfillment. As a result, delays may occur.

Orders are sent out in the order in which they were received, and you can expect to receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on the way. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can track the status of your delivery by visiting the courier’s website and entering your tracking number.

Fit and Size

How do I know which size will fit me best?

In general, Frēda Salvador is available in standard American size runs. But be sure to read each product description as there are times we advise whether to size up or down in a specific style depending on the last used. If an item fits a certain way or if there is anything important you should know, we will mention it there. You can also find helpful fit advice through out Last Guide.

Domestic Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2 business days from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Fredasalvador.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

    • Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 p.m PST will begin processing within 48 hours. Orders placed after 2 p.m. PST will be processed on the next business day.
    • Orders paced on Friday after 2 p.m PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
    • We do not ship on the weekend or holidays.

Once your order ships, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery as shipping times vary. Need your purchase in a hurry? We also offer expedited shipping (2-3 day delivery) for an additional fee of $25.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost in the US?

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $200!

If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the expedited shipping option (for US customers only).

How fast is your shipping?

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over $200. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! You can select expedited shipping for $25 at checkout. This method takes 2-3 business days.

Do you have alternative shipping methods to ground and overnight?

We currently only offer two shipping methods through Ground and 2-day.

Domestic Returns

What is your domestic return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.

In order to adhere to social distancing recommendations, and shipping delays, we will be extending the return window to 30 days. Any item marked FINAL SALE on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit regardless of size.

Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Socks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is applicable with our return policy stated above. We accept items in new condition in its original packaging.

All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. We kindly ask that you allow 12 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

How do I return something from my online order (US)?

If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please visit our exchange/returns page. https://returns.fredasalvador.com. If you have any questions regarding your order please out to info@fredasalvador.com. Once you receive the label:
1. Place the item you wish to return in the box
2. Stick the prepaid label on the box and hand to the shipping carrier on your label. Please note: There is a $10 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).

If you choose to not use the prepaid label, we recommend insuring the package using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for the loss of shoes. Please ship to: FREDA SALVADOR, 80 Liberty Ship Way #6, Sausalito, CA 94965

If you would like to return your item(s) please reach out to info@fredasalvador.com to request a return label. Once you have your label, follow the instructions below.

  1. Put the item you wish to return in the box.

  2. Stick the prepaid label on the box. A $10 return postage charge will be deducted from your refund (a return postage charge exemption for all exchanges).

  3. Fill out a reason code insert the packing slip in the box.

  4. Get the box to the shipping carrier on your label.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

How can I do an exchange?

Please visit our exchange/returns page. https://returns.fredasalvador.com.

For in-store purchases, we are happy to take it back in-store for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Can I return something I purchased online in store?

Yes. We are able to accept online orders at the store! If you are returning your item(s) on a weekend, please note refund will be processed on the next business day.

Holiday Return Window 

We accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery. For items marked 20% off or greater return authorization must be made within 7 days of postmarked receipt and items must be dropped off at Fedex within 3 days of receiving the label. If past this timeframe, your return authorization will be auto-cancelled. 

Orders placed between December 9 - December 24 are eligible for exchange or store credit only if passed the company 14 day return policy. To be eligible for exchange/store credit, items must be postmarked by January 15, 2020. Items being returned must be in original (unused) condition &  and may be returned by mail or to any of our stores. 

For ground shipments, orders must be placed by 12/19 for 12/24 delivery.

Orders placed after 12/24 may be delayed due to the holidays. 

Gift Return Policy 

We can offer an exchange or store credit for any item received as a gift. This request must be made by 1/15 and product must be original (unused) condition. Please reach out to info@fredasalvador.com with any questions.

 

PRE-ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected ship date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
  • You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at info@fredasalvador.com if you need to update any of this information.
  • You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to commence shipping three months from order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only able to ship to the United States. We have found that HopShopGo is a great workaround, shipping from the US to anywhere in the world!

Please note: We are not affiliated with HopShopGo or any such third-party shipping service. Orders shipped using this method or any such third-party shipping service are final sale and exempt from returns. We do not cover the cost of return shipping internationally.

 

Sale Items

What does Final Sale mean?

All items marked final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is “Final Sale”?

Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and can’t be returned.

Can I return Final Sale items?

All items marked final sale cannot be returned.

If you send a “Final Sale” item back to us for a return we will not process a return. We can donate it for you, or you can request to have it shipped back at your expense.

Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?

We offer price adjustments on items purchased online at full price within 7 business days of the item being placed on sale. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please note it can take 5-10 business days for your bank to process your refund.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale, on any special promotion that temporarily reduces the price, or if the item is no longer in stock.

Something I purchased on sale is further reduced. Will you match the new price?

Unfortunately, if an item is purchased at a sale price and then further reduced, we cannot offer a price adjustment. Consider yourself lucky for securing your size, we tend to sell out quickly!
