What is your domestic return policy?

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging. For full priced purchases, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate an exchange. For items purchased on sale or that are specifically marked as 'Sale', you will need to initiate your return within 7 days of receipt of order.

  • Any item marked FINAL SALE on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit regardless of size.
  • Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Socks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is applicable with our return policy stated above. We accept items in new condition in its original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a $12 restocking fee. We kindly ask that you allow 12 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

 


How do I return something from my online order (US)?

 

If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please visit our exchange/returns portal. If you have any questions regarding your order please out to hello@fredasalvador.com. Once you receive the label:
1. Place the item you wish to return in the box
2. Stick the prepaid label on the box and hand to the shipping carrier on your label.

Please note: There is a $12 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).


How long does it take to process a return?

 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.


How can I do an exchange?

 


Can I return something I purchased online in store?

 

Yes. We are able to accept online orders at authorized Frēda Salvador storefronts and pop-ups! If you are returning your item(s) on a weekend, please note refund will be processed on the next business day.

 

HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) postmarked within 14 days from time of delivery. For items marked as 'Sale' or purchased during a promotion, a return authorization must be made within 7 days of postmarked receipt and items must be dropped off at Fedex within 5 days of receiving the label. If past this timeframe, your return authorization will be auto-cancelled.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed during this busy time.

Orders placed for Gift Shop products between November 27th - December 24th, 2021 are eligible for exchange or store credit only if passed the company 14 day return policy. To be eligible for exchange/store credit, items must be postmarked by January 14, 2021. Items being returned must be in original (unused) condition & and may be returned by mail through an authorized return label as generated through our Exchange + Returns portal.

For ground shipments, orders must be placed by 12/14 for 12/24 delivery.

Orders placed after 12/15 may be delayed due to the holidays.


GIFT RETURN POLICY
We can offer an exchange or store credit for any item received as a gift. This request must be made by January 14th and product must be original (unused) condition. Please reach out to hello@fredasalvador.com with any questions.
