HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must be returned in unworn, saleable condition and in the original packaging.

For full-priced purchases, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate an exchange or return. Exchanges are complimentary, however, returns for a refund incur a $15 handling fee, while returns for store credit have a $12 handling fee. 

  • Items marked as EXCHANGE ONLY on our website can only be exchanged for another size or style within 14 days from the receipt of your order. 
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE on our website are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit regardless of size.

For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days from the transaction date as long as it is applicable with our return policy stated above.

We are delighted to offer the option of an exchange or store credit only for any full priced gift orders placed between November 11 through December 24, 2024 if a return is initiated past our standard 14 day return policy. This request must be made by no later than January 8, 2024 and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.  To initiate a gift return email us at hello@fredasalvador.com.

WHAT IS YOUR DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY?

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging. For full priced purchases, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate an exchange. For items purchased on sale or that are specifically marked as 'Sale', you will need to initiate your return within 7 days of receipt of order.

  • Any item marked FINAL SALE on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit regardless of size.
  • Sample sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Socks are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • For in-store purchases, we are happy to refund your item within 14 days of purchase as long as it is applicable with our return policy stated above. We accept items in new condition in its original packaging.
  • All returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. We kindly ask that you allow 12 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.

 


HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING FROM ONLINE ORDER (US?)

If you would like to exchange or return your item(s) please visit our exchange/returns portal. If you have any questions regarding your order please out to hello@fredasalvador.com. Once you receive the label:
1. Place the item you wish to return in the box
2. Stick the prepaid label on the box and hand to the shipping carrier on your label.

Please note: There is a $15 restocking fee if you use the prepaid return label provided (exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee).


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN? 

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.


HOW CAN I DO AN EXCHANGE? 

DO YOU OFFER INSTANT EXCHANGE?
For exchange orders, we offer Instant Exchange on certain products, meaning we will send you your exchange item immediately. You will then have 14 days to send back your return.

To initiate an Instant Exchange, we will need to place a temporary hold on your credit card for the amount of the exchange item. The hold will be released from your card once you place the return in the mail using our provided return shipping label. This can take up to 7 business days.
