Thank you for your incredible notes and feedback after our COVID-19 store closure announcement. We feel your love! We’ve heard from so many of you over the past few weeks and we are so appreciative.  


Just a quick update on what you can expect over the next few weeks:


LIMITED SHIPPING - In order to keep our team safe and adhere to social distancing recommendations we are cutting back on daily order fulfillment. As a result, shipping delays may occur. Please reach out to our care team at info@fredasalvador.com for further updates on your order. Orders will ship FEDEX/USPS so they get to you as quickly as possible once we can dispatch them!


RETURNS - In order to adhere to social distancing recommendations, and shipping delays, we will be extending the return window to 30 days. However items marked as FINAL SALE on our website are not eligible for return. Some postal delays may affect processing times on exchanges and returns as deliveries to our warehouse have been restricted to twice a week. However once we receive your return, we will do our best to process it as quickly as possible for you. If you have a question on a return status, please reach out to info@fredasalvador.com so we may assist you. 


LET'S CONNECT ONLINE - Our SF, NY and LA stores will be closed for the foreseeable future. We love our community and want to stay connected and safe - so for now, we’re keeping it digital. If you haven’t yet, please sign up to join our email community. We’ve also just launched The FREDA FORUM. A dedicated Facebook group that provides a place where people can come together to talk about things that inspire them. Art, music, books, motherhood, wellness, business, entrepreneurship, social giveback, fashion, and sustainability. You name it. There has never been a better time than now to start the conversation. We cannot wait to hear what you have to say!


PRODUCT LAUNCH CHANGES - Our products are handmade in our family factories in Spain and El Salvador and we want them to be safe too! As they too implement new measures and strategies for work while adhering to social distancing recommendations, we can expect some product launch delays. This may mean that your favorite style in your size might be out of stock for a little longer than we planned, but please always sign up to the waitlist so we can try to gauge our customers needs in the moment. 


We’ve also been working on new seasonal deliveries and new products that we are so excited to share with you. Over the next few weeks and months, we hope to be able to share some of these with you through Pre-Order as we still work through our international delivery schedule.
