Classic and effortlessly elevated–our iconic handwoven ballet is known to be so buttery soft and comfortable that you’ll never want to take them off. Handcrafted in Spain.

Our shoes are made from the highest quality leather which will last season after season. Leather is a natural material and will give with wear.

  • 100% Spanish leather in black closed woven calf. This tannery is a Leather Working Group Approved Trader and leather contains no PFAs. Leather Working Group is a tool to evaluate the environmental performance of leather goods manufacturers.
  • Padded leather footbed
  • In an effort to be less wasteful and keep your shoes looking good, we applied a thin film to the sole. Please remove and recycle prior to making these yours. If you plan to return, please ensure film is in tact. 
  • Recommendation: The JADA is fitting true to size.
  • Unlined and flexible as a perfect ballet should be.
  • GISELLE is the last used for this flat. Learn more about lasts here.
  • 0.25" rubber heel

The JADA is handmade at our family-owned factory in the traditional footwear town of Elda, Spain. Our leather is sourced from the finest tanneries across Italy. Each upper is cut, sewn and lasted by Spanish artisans who are experts in their craft.

    Really beautiful and comfortable. These fit like the woven Jadas as opposed to the leather ones so they give a little more. Lots of compliments.

    So comfortable, like all Freda Salvador flats (with a heel bandaid for the first few wears) - quality exceeded expectations. I expect to wear these into the ground like I've done with all my other Freda Salvador purchases! Too good!

    Finally a comfortable flat!

    Comfortable right out of the box and that never happens. I have bunions and flats are haaaard for me but these are my new faves. I love the animal

    Print and texture. Usually I size down 1/2 size in flats bc I don’t like my heel slipping but I took my regular size in these based on other reviews and glad I did.
