International Shipping FAQs
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship worldwide! Some exclusions apply.
- Yes, we’re delighted to ship to the UK & EU/ EEA
- Yes, this ensures your package isn’t held up in customs. Applied at checkout.
We ship all international orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. This means that duties and taxes are collected at checkout to ensure your package won't be held up in customs. Please note that customs fees and taxes vary by country and product, and shipping fees, duties and VAT are non-refundable.
When can I expect to receive my order?
- Within 8-14 business days!
Once fulfilled and shipped, you can expect your international orders to be delivered within 8-14 business days.We’ll calculate the estimated delivery date and provide you with the tracking information located in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I exchange or return my order if I’m in Canada?
- Yes! You can process your request here.
Right now we do provide returns and exchanges for orders placed within Canada. You can easily process these requests through our online returns portal. To access the portal, please click here but please note that shipping fees, duties and VAT are not refundable.
For full-priced styles, you have 14 days from delivery to initiate an exchange or return. Styles purchased on sale or that are specifically marked as EXCHANGE ONLY have a 7-day return window. Any style marked FINAL SALE is not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit–regardless of size.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a handling fee of $20 for refunds or $15 for store credit. However, we will waive these fees for exchanges. We kindly ask for your patience as returns may take up to 12 business days to be processed fully after we receive your package.
Can I exchange or return my order if I’m in another international country?
- No, right now we do not offer returns unless you’re in Canada.
At the moment we are unable to accept returns or exchange requests from the UK and Europe due to international shipping fees and restrictions. Therefore, please note that all orders shipped to Europe will be considered FINAL SALE until further notice.
