FREDA WOMAN SERIES: JESSIE DE LOWE

We adore Jessie De Lowe. Community builder and manifestation advisor, Jessie spends her days helping others step into their fullest potential. We caught up with Jessie just before her retreat to ask a bit more about manifestation and her community Dream Catcher.

Did we mention we love her style too? Thanks Jessie for sharing your world, and gifts, with all of us.

Can you start by telling us a little about yourself? Your background, what you do and what has led you to what you are doing now?

I’m a mama to two amazing girls and a manifestation advisor devoted to helping people live in alignment with their highest potential. My background is in art therapy (I received my master’s from NYU), and I have been immersed in the study of psychology, yoga, and spirituality for over 20 years… I’ve woven together many modalities and teachings to create a grounded yet deeply soulful approach to manifestation– and its ever-evolving.

I’ve always had a deep curiosity about how our inner world shapes our outer reality. Through my experience working as an art therapist in clinical settings such as psychiatric facilities and treatment centers, I witnessed how shifting thoughts, beliefs, and energy can completely transform a person’s life. That realization became my inspiration to help people access their freedom, authenticity and empowerment + to help them begin to step into their fullest potential.

Through my online course The Dream Catcher, private coaching with individuals + couples, and group workshops, I now guide people to raise their vibration, reprogram their mindset, and consciously design lives that feel expansive, aligned, authentic and full of impact + purpose.

Tell us more about Manifestation and how you help people manifest their dreams.

Manifestation is the process of intentionally syncing up your mindset, thoughts, energy, and actions with the reality you want to create. It’s not about wishing things into existence – it’s about becoming an energetic match for your desires through self worth, clarity, belief, and consistent, aligned action.

My approach blends the mystical with the scientific. I integrate neuroscience, energetics, and mindfulness to help people rewire limiting patterns, regulate their nervous system, and embody the energy of their future self. When you begin to consciously create from that aligned state, life unfolds with greater ease, opportunities arise, synchronicities appear, and what once felt out of reach becomes your natural reality.

Community is at the heart of FRĒDA—we’re all about building community. Can you tell us a bit more about the Dream Catcher community? How do you foster community with your work?

The Dream Catcher course + community was created to help people become a conscious creator of their reality. It’s a sanctuary for dream weavers and magic seekers who also value a grounded, neuroscience-based approach to manifestation. At its core, Dream Catcher is about expansion and connection — when people come together with shared intention, transformation accelerates. Within this inspiring community, members celebrate one another’s wins and inspire each other to step fully into their power and purpose.

Your perspective on JOY and PLAY is so important. These days, it can feel hard to tap into both. What are some simple ways people can bring more joy or play into their life?

When you wake up in the morning, set an intention to have fun and notice everything that is joyful around you. Be in the moment! Play music that you love. Dance as much as possible. Lighten up and laugh often. Spend time around funny, light-hearted people who don’t take themselves too seriously  (children are the best for this!) Try something new to purposely put yourself out of your comfort zone. Get in the ocean or cold water to wake up your senses and feel your aliveness.

We believe getting dressed makes you feel good, what things in your closet make you feel good?

I love a feminine silk dress (For Love And Lemons makes some of my favorites.)

Also very into a good high waisted jean (my favorite pair at the moment are from A piece Apart) and a crop top.

Linen is always a good idea (especially for travel, which we do a lot of!) I try to always stock up on linen clothing in Europe because the quality is so good.

Freda boots complete any outfit - I love that they look chic but I can also walk for miles (in any weather) feeling comfortable.
