HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for all orders to be processed and fulfilled.

GROUND Shipping: orders must be placed by no later than 12PM PST on 12/12 for 12/24 delivery. 

EXPRESS Shipping: orders must be placed by no later than 12PM PST on 12/15 for 12/24 delivery. Orders placed after 12/24 may be delayed due to the holidays.

HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns on all items (except items marked as "FINAL SALE”) postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. For items marked as “SALE” or purchased during a promotion, a return authorization must be initiated within 7 days of postmarked receipt and items must be dropped off at a USPS location within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label. If you are past this timeframe, your return authorization will be auto-cancelled.

GIFT RETURN POLICIES: WANT TO GIFT FREDA?

Orders placed between November 30 through December 24, 2023 are eligible for exchange or store credit only if return is initiated past 14 day return policy. To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be postmarked by no later than January 12, 2024. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.

DID YOU RECEIVE FREDA AS A GIFT?

We can offer an exchange or store credit for any item received as a gift. This request must be made by no later than January 12, 2024 and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the original packaging.  To start a gift return, please visit our exchange/returns page.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING + RETURNS

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $450 within the U.S. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be fulfilled and processed. We accept returns of full priced items initiated within 14 days from time of delivery. During sitewide promotions or for items found within the 'Sale' collection we happily accept returns initiated within 7 days upon receipt. Items marked 'FINAL SALE' may not be returned. GIFT RETURNS

For gift returns, we can offer store credit which can be applied to any style or if available, we can exchange for a different color or size in the same style from now through to early January. Please note, gifts must be returned postmarked by January 12th 2024 to be eligible. Your items must be unworn and in the original packaging.
